24 years back Ritika Rathore took a dairing decision to join Direct selling business and since then has crossed many hurdles, travelled a lot, from a metropolitan city to the remotest village and each and every nook & corner of India. Meeting and inspiring lakhs of people of all hues and cultures has been an ardous task for her which she overcame happily and smilingly.  She has done yeoman service to Indian Direct selling industry by popularising it, and making it a very popular vocational opportunity a choice, especially for women.

“While direct selling has taught me many life lessons, the one lesson I learnt was that people may shun your approach, laugh at your face, make fun of your goals, aspirations and achievements, spread negativity about you and your personality but the last laugh will be yours, if you are patient with yourselves and with others.  All that you ever need is to have trust and belief in yourselves, day in day out, in your strengths, mission and vision,” says Ritika.

She attributes her success to “ 1 Vs 1 “.  According to her, one to one conversation brings your associates closer to you and benefits both the business as well as relations.  Big meetings, conferences, seminars and large audiences may bring business but they can’t relate and commit themselves to your goals, mission and vision.

Ritika is grateful to the Indian Direct selling industry for giving her  an opportunity to create for herself a vision and mission to inspire and change lives of others, which she has been able to accomplish laudably.
