Direct Selling Guidelines Enforceable in Law

Delhi High Court Restrains E-commerce from selling products belonging to direct selling entitles without their consent. Holds direct selling guidelines 2016 are enforceable in Law. As a result Govt. of India has decided to enforce e-commerce guidelines.
